04/26 Community Service Man Hours:

1. April meeting planning April events and pre-planning for May events.  8 members 1 hr = 8 mh.

 2. Unload truck for Wanaque food bank and stack on shelves 1 member 3.5 hrs twice a month = 7 mh.

3. Donated use of VFW building to the Haskell AC club for their monthly meeting 3 members 1 hr = 3 mh.

4. Cleaned each week the Wanaque Golden Agers Club for their weekly meetings 4 members 2.5 hrs each week = 40 mh.

5. Cleaned and weed wacked the Midvale Cemetery 4 members 5 hrs each week = 20 mh.

6. Hosted the District 1 Convention meeting to review planning for the upcoming District 1 Convention District 1 Elections & Reembrace Ceremony. 5 Post members 1 hrs = 5 mh.

7. Hosted the town Memorial Day Parade planning meeting with members from: the American Legion Post 246 Wanaque Police Department Wanaque Boro Council and Wanaque Road Department. 3 members 1 hrs = 3 mh.

8 Assisted the Athletic Club of Wanaque repaint the snack bar at Memorial Field 2 members 4 hrs = 8 mh.

9. Participated in a Remembrance Ceremony with District 1 at the Pompton Reformed Church to remember and honor the members that have passed in the previous year.  6 members 2 hrs = 12 mh.

10. Participated in the District 1 nominations for officers and elections.  7 members 1 hr. = 7 mh.

11. Participated in the District 1 Convention Dinner.  8 members 4 hrs = 32 mh.
